WORK EXPERIENCE

 2010: Member of the NOODLES.onlus http://www.noodlesonlus.org.

Member of the NOODLES Editorial Board (1- Contact person with African media on the Public Health issue of long-term and chronic risks .and  2- Correspondent from Cameroon. Correspondents are members of the organization with the task of following, analyzing and updating aspects (public concerns, newspapers, scientific literature, actions undertaken by the First, Second and Third Sector bodies) related to food sovereignty, breastfeeding, nutraceuticals and aquaculture.
December 2009 - March 2011: Academic Internship at the Laboratory of Hygiene Environment, Chemistry, Centre Pasteur of Cameroon , I am involved in risk assessment of Mineral and Heavy metals intake in  " the most consumed foods" and drinking water, the second C Cameroonian Total Diet Study. Sampling of individual foods and composite preparation prior to laboratory analysis.
Exposure assessment estimation and risk probability discussion.              
Sept 2009: Cameroon Country Correspondent at the online World Library of Toxicology (WLT), establish by the International Union of Toxicology (IUTOX) and the US National Library of Medicine. My role is to compile a list of agencies, professional bodies, organizations in Cameroon working on issues related to public and Environmental Health, chemical safety and toxicology.   www.wltox.org

Teaching Biology and Chemistry for Form V and Upper Sixth, with each class having a student population of 25.  Activities included classroom theory and laboratory practical sessions.

  Mars 2010: Formation sur la méthode de l Etude de l'Alimentation Totale'' (EAT) comme méthode de choix pour une mesure d'exposition aux nutriments et contaminants alimentaires ; Expert FAO/OMS au Cantre Pasteur du Cameroun.
  Février 2010 : Formation à l'utilisation d'un chromatographe ionique dans l'analyse des minéraux dans les eaux de consommations.
       1st - 12th Nov 2010:    Health Risk Assessment Course organizes jointly by International Union of Toxicology   (IUTOX) and the National Institute for Occupational Health South Africa Republic. The aim of the course is to 1- provide a              framework for developing and practiced risk - based management tools; 2- introduce methods to communicate risks information's to stakeholders.
 16th - 27th August 2010:                      Summer school in Toxicology and Environmental Health at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences, Utrecht University. The aim of the courses was to introduce the student to the science of
                                                            toxicology, epidemiology and exposure assessment.
 1st - 4th Nov 2007-:           Pesticides Risk Assessment (use of PRIMET.2 software) by the Cameroon Society for Toxicological   Sciences (CSTS) in collaboration with the Society of Environmental Toxicology (SETAC - Europe).
   May 20th - Aug 20th 2008:          Internship in Toxicology organized by the Africa Education Initiative (NEF) in partnership with the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI), Jos, Nigeria. The aim of the training was to introduce students on methods to design, conduct, analyze and interpret toxicity studies in relation to human/environmental health.
