1. la loi n° 64/LF/23 du 13 novembre 1964 portant protection de la santé publique ;

2. Les lois n° 65/LF/23 du 12 Novembre 1965 et N° 67/LF/ du 12 juillet 1967 portant

Code Pénal.

3. La loi n° 90/03 du 10 août 1990 régissant l'activité commerciale et son décret

d'application n°93 / 720 / PM du 22 novembre 1993 ;

4. La loi n° 96/11 du 5 août 1996 relative à la normalisation ;

sources de vitamine A); Réglementation de la distribution des compléments alimentaires (Arrêté N°
2001/Ministère de la Santé Publique du 22 Novembre 2007 portant réglementation de la

production et de la distribution des compléments alimentaires au Cameroun) ; Promotion de l'allaitement maternel (Décret N°2005/5168/PM du 01 Décembre 2005
portant réglementation de la commercialisation des substituts du lait maternel) ; Adoption d'une norme sur l'étiquetage des denrées alimentaires préemballés (NC 04
