1)   International Foundation of Science (IFS) Grant No. F/3274-1 of 17th of December 2001. The grant is to study the pharmacological and phytochemical properties of three species of Cameroonian medicinal plants of the genera Acanthus (Acanthaceae) and Megaphrynium (Maranthaceae).
2)   Grant No. F/3274-2 was renewed in June 2006
