Sir William Richard Shaboe Doll (October 28, 1912 - July 24, 2005) was a British epidemiologist, physiologist, and a pioneer in the research linking smoking to health problems. He worked with Bradford Hill.

Recent evidence indicates that he had been a consultant for the chemical industry.
