Overview


Excedrin is an over-the-counter headache pain reliever, typically in the form of tablets or caplets. It contains Acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Caffeine. In June of 1986, Seattle area woman Stella Nickell was sentenced to 99 years in prison for killing her husband by lacing his excedrin pills with Cyanide after taking out a $176,000 life insurance policy agaist him. She tried to pass it off as the work of a serial-killer by poisoning other people as well She killed one other person, 40 year-old Sue Snow. She had been inspired by the [Chicagoland Tylenol Scare].
